The recruitment industry is rapidly evolving with AI and automation, streamlining hiring while raising concerns about bias, transparency, and ethics. AI enhances candidate matching and predictive hiring but also presents challenges.
The choice to focus on this specific trend is driven by its growing significance in the recruitment industry. While we haven’t yet observed widespread AI adoption at our recruitment client (who is also a former employer) we recognize the need to stay ahead of industry developments.
With AI playing an increasingly vital role in talent acquisition, this report aims to highlight the urgency and potential of machine learning, ensuring we are well-prepared for the future of hiring.
As I navigate my academic and professional journey in AI & Sustainable Technologies at Tomorrow University, my mission is to integrate AI-driven solutions into business and societal frameworks. However, I like to keep an open mind during this journey and see what will catch my interest.

I like a wide range of topics and variety in my work, so maybe something in the direction of AI ML Consulting.
The AI-driven recruitment trend is a key area where technology will impact my career. Currently, I am working with a client and a former employer to explore AI applications in recruitment, which provides valuable insights into its real-world implementation.
For me, this signifies that AI-driven transformations will occur across many areas. It is crucial for me to stay ahead of these developments, continuously expanding my expertise to not only conceptualize solutions but also implement them in the long run. As highlighted in my trend report: ‘The most resilient professionals are those who continuously reskill and reinvent themselves.’
Additionally, I am currently working in marketing, where we transform entire brands and make them future-proof.
